wahaha. i shall blog today. for the sake of blogging. basically today marks the end of the sabbastical week. no more cooking. so today invited teachers to try the food we made. ok i gonna miss this module.:(
ok. today had lots to do. went for the china meeting and stuff..den go for training. basically i am back home now.today nth special. abit sad...i feels bad suddenly i dunno y.

ARGH!!! i finally update my blog. is almost dead. ok here i am to make it alive. today is sabbastical week. YEAH...i love to cook. today i learnt to cook teriyaki chicken rice...haha. i am so proud of my culinary skills. HAHAHA... so fun...i can still clearly remember all the steps.
firstly, marinade the chicken with the 3 sauces lar. den later cook the jap rice for 15 min. den later cook cook cook and WALA it is ready..haha. ask me if u want to know how to cook this dish... and yeah we learn how to make GREEN TEA ICE CREAM..yummie but muz wait for two days before we can eat. yesyes..i love to eat. no wonder i am so fat now. i am sad. i shall come up with a diet plan...
Breakfast--eat oat
Recess--eat fruits
Lucnch--rice with boiled veg and boiled chicken
Tea Break--coffee w/0 suger
Dinner--Steamed fish with veg and rice
Supper--plain water
YEAH!!!!!!!!! here is my plan. but shall start after my sabbastical hahaha caz i will learn how to cook good food!!!. i am so blessed...yeah...i love to eat...:):):)
